Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
